Chelsea are on the verge of signing Radamel Falcao on a season long deal from Monaco. The 29 year old Monaco striker spend the last season on loan with Manchester United (MU). Though MU had an option to make the deal permanent, they decided against it after Falcao had a very disappointing season, where he struggled with both injury and bad form. The move would see Falcao playing again with Chelsea striker Diego Costa, who was his teammate at Atletico Madrid. Mourinho knows how dangerous the two strikers can be together as the lined up against Mourinho's Real Madrid, beating them 2-1 in the 2013 Copa del Rey final.
